Members' Centre Registration Information

If you are having trouble logging into the Members' Centre, read the below statements and pick which one best applies to your situation.

I've registered for the Members' Centre and provided my email address to the Provincial, but have forgotten my password.

I want to register for the Members’ Centre, and I've previously provided my email address to the Provincial Office.

1. Return to the Members’ Centre Login page by clicking HERE.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click Retrieve password to obtain your temporary password, which will allow you to register.
    

I want to register for the Members’ Centre, but the Provincial Office does not have my current email address on file.

1. Send your name and email address to membership@rto-ero.org.

   Note: Email address updates take up to 3 days to be processed. Please allow up to 3 days before trying to log in again.
    

2. Once your email has been updated, return to the Members’ Centre Login page.
3. Click Retrieve My Information.
4. Enter your email address.
5. Click on Retrieve password to obtain your temporary password, which will allow you to register.
